The Aid Request Group (ARG) of the ShoeBox, BASIS and FOOD BANK projects is a workgroup with seven members: Finlay Mackenzie (Blythswood Care's delegate and member of the Blythswood Romania's Board), Csiszér Balázs (Executive director of Blythswood Romania), Alexandru Szitas (BASIS Project's responsible employee), Cristian Tiplea (Missionary presbyter), Iosif Nagy (Volunteer in charity projects), Paula Vădean (Specialized inspector of DMSSF – Direcţia Muncii, Solidarităţii Sociale şi Familiei), Berke Anna (PR manager of Blythswood Romania).
The group members are appointed by the General Meeting for a mandate of three years (2011– 2013). Their task is to coordinate the social projects.
The ARG's mission is to analyze the situation and operation of the three projects and to elaborate proposals for the smooth running of services. They establish the yearly work plan and the strategic plan, and an approximate budget. They establish an evaluation system to test the implementation of previously established strategies for delivery of services (the efficiency and quality of service provision).
The ARG's main duty is to determine the target groups of these projects and to do the selection of the beneficiaries.
The ARG members meet in regular sessions at least four times in a year at the Blythswood Romania's seat. Their first meeting was in March.
Please, pray with us for wisdom that the team would clearly ascertain God’s will in deciding upon which appeals to support!
